You are Welcome to the Sunday Festival of Vedic Culture

If you want to immerse yourself in the ancient tradition of self-improvement and get firsthand experience of Vedic culture, just come and join us. You'll have the opportunity to explore unique traditions and rituals, experience enchanting bhajans and exhilarating kirtans, and savor the culinary delights of Vedic cuisine. But most importantly, you'll have a chance to personally interact with vibrant individuals dedicated to cultivating and spreading Vedic knowledge.

Attending the Sunday festive program will bring you closer to the ancient gem of knowledge - the Vedic scriptures. You'll be treated to traditional musical compositions from Vedic culture and witness the ceremonial worship. Moreover, if you wish, you can even participate in the worship. It's been proven through the ages that those who engage in worship or simply observe this delightful process are blessed with success in all their endeavors. It's something worth seeing with your own eyes.

Furthermore, all guests are in for extraordinary treats! These delicacies are exclusive to the centers of the Krishna Consciousness Society, as they are prepared following ancient recipes and techniques that are passed down through the chain of discipleship and are not accessible to everyone. Their unique flavors and delightful aromas will leave you enchanted!

Krishna Consciousness Society Temple in Zaporizhzhia

So, the Sunday program starts at 11:00 a.m. with a welcoming of the Deities - the Supreme Lords. The opening of the altar is accompanied by a beautiful hymn from the Brahma-Samhita, an ancient text composed over five thousand years ago. This enchanting ceremony leaves a profound impression and helps one connect with the divine.

From 11:10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - a time for profound wisdom and advice from elevated devotees of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The lecture will shed light on various aspects of our daily lives. At the end of the lecture, you can ask any questions you may have and receive expert answers.

From 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. - a rare ceremony in modern times called Gaura-arati. If you want to know what it is and how it's performed, don't miss it. Bright emotions and unforgettable joyful experiences are guaranteed. The arati is accompanied by kirtan.

From 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - the kirtan continues after the arati. It's an opportunity to deeply immerse yourself in the transcendental vibration of the maha-mantra - the Greatest Chant of Liberation.

From 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - a time to honor the guests of the Temple. Yes, that means you, dear guests. According to the Vaishnava tradition, every guest is considered a representative of the Supreme Lord Himself, and each of you will receive a wonderful and delicious gift - prasadam. And of course, the most delicious part of the Sunday feast is the banquet, consisting of no less than 7 Vedic dishes. It has never failed to impress anyone.

So, at the Temple, you are a Welcomed Guest. Please set aside a few hours next Sunday for a joyful and blissful experience in the atmosphere of the ancient Vedic Culture.

All that's required of you is your willingness to participate!

The festive program is entirely free of charge.
